Job Summary
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (overall 15+ years) work experience including 7+ years of hands on AWS experience, with good knowledge of AWS Services
Understand customer's IT estate, LOB applications, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and cloud native solutions. Collaborate with network, security, and application architects and SMEs to develop enterprise grade solutions. Hands-on AWS experience with at least 2 implementations and/or AWS migration at an enterprise level , Scripting experience and the ability to develop AWS EAC (Environment as code), Design and Implement AWS architectures and environments
Automation / IAC (infrastructure As Code) Solutions using CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins....CloudFormation and third-party automation approach/strategy, Environment and application automation, Experience with core AWS platform architecture, including areas such as: Organizations, Account Design, VPC, Subnet, segmentation strategies,CloudEndure, MGN, DataSync,Backup and DR approach/design,Network connectivity, Direct Connect, TGW and VPN, Set up of MultiAccount Architecture using Landing Zone, Control Tower, AWS Cost Management and Optimization mechanisms, Experienced in Security mechanism using AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, AWS Config, AWS Network Firewall, AWS Inspector, AWS certification must include AWS Certified Solution Architect (Associate or Professional). Relevant experience in AI/ML/Generative AI leveraging Q, Bedrock, SageMaker AI, AgentCore, Knowledge Base, Bedrock Agents, LLM, MCP, A2A protocols and frameworks incl CrewAI, Langgraph, Strands, Launching solutions on AWS Agentic AI Marketplace ...with demonstration of AI Infrastructure and Data foundation experience needed to build AI based applications.
Have an engineering, solution, Use Case, PoC, Asset development mindset with demonstrated ability in interacting with clients mid level / senior management
Contribute towards blogs, whitepapers, presentations on AWS technical and strategic topic, Act as a subject-matter expert on AWS and assist Sales/Pre-Sales in RFP activities.
Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available AWS infrastructure using cloud-native services and Infrastructure as Code.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, reliable, and efficient application and infrastructure deployments.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure-related issues, production incidents, and AWS platform challenges.
Analyze and remediate application performance bottlenecks, including latency, availability, capacity, connectivity, and resource utilization issues.
Drive operational excellence through monitoring, observability, automation, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous service improvement.
Enhance platform resiliency and scalability by implementing high availability, disaster recovery, fault tolerance, and performance optimization strategies.
Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership by designing sustainable solutions to complex infrastructure and application challenges while promoting AWS and DevOps best practices.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
Expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and automation.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience with container platforms (Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of networking, security, scalability, and reliability principles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
