About the Job / Description
Infra Elevators is hiring a Branch Assistant to support branch operations related to elevator sales, AMC coordination, service follow-ups, installation support, and customer communication across Kerala.
The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination abilities, operational knowledge, customer handling skills, and the ability to manage multiple branch activities independently while supporting the Branch Manager and Head Office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on Government and Private AMC activities
- Coordinate AMC agreements, renewals, and documentation
- Handle pending payment follow-ups and update commitments to Head Office
- Coordinate breakdown calls, service assignments, and shutdown lift follow-ups
- Support branch stock coordination and material movement with factory and Head Office
- Assist with ERP updates, conveyance approvals, attendance, and administrative coordination
- Maintain communication with customers regarding service and breakdown activities
- Coordinate with government offices, electrical inspectorates, and project teams
- Support branch operations during Branch Manager absence
- Assist service technicians during breakdown and AMC activities when required
Qualifications
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Preferred 10 years of experience in elevator/escalator industry
- Strong understanding of elevator installation, AMC, and service processes
- Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
- English communication skills are an advantage
