JOB DESCRIPTION
1. JOB PURPOSE
This Position involves working with a team of security officers to provide an efficient and professional security service to the Uflex, Film Division
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities ( Accountabilities indicate your primary responsibilities)
- Complete Gate Operation for All Kind of Material Movement (Inward/
Outward).
- Maintain Proper Records of All Material/Vehicle/Manpower etc.
- Complete Data entry in Computer for all types’ inward/outward
material as per company’s requirement.
- Scrap identification and Get Trucks Loaded through Security Guards by
physical Watch- keeping.
- Control on Guards provided by security Agency and get the work done
from them.
- Complete operation of Weighbridge for Weighing of Trucks/
Goods Vehicles.
- Checking Pilferages through Gates &Boundary Walls.
- Follow proper procedure as per guidelines of Purchase dept.
- Inward-Outward Item’s inspections and identification and get through as per
documents.
- Vigilant Physical Checking of all Vehicles/Manpower.
- On time Proper Reporting and Taking Instruction from seniors
- Complete Area Security During Day & Night

4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience
Graduate/Computer Literate (Internet + e-mail Knowledge)/should Read/Write English Fluently.
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Should be from ground Forces Like (Army/Paramilitary/Police etc.) not from Navy/Air force/I.B./Traffic Police/Home Guards etc. (For strict Gate control)
- Should be from Commanding work Background (Company Cdr/Platoon Cdr/Section Cdr/Direct Troops control) not from Stores/Clerks/Wireless/Transportation etc.
- Height not Less than 5’8” and not more than 6’.
- Good Built, Age should be between 35-45 Years.
