About the Role
Bibaswan Educational Foundation is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate General Studies Faculty to train aspirants preparing for various Government Job Examinations, including UPSC, WBCS, SSC, Banking, Railway, WB Police, NDA, CDS, and other Central and West Bengal State Government recruitment examinations.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and proven experience in teaching General Studies for competitive government examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging classroom and online sessions on General Studies topics.
- Teach subjects including History, Geography, Indian Polity, Economy, General Science, Environment, Current Affairs, International Relations, and Static General Knowledge.
- Develop high-quality study materials, notes, assignments, and mock tests.
- Analyze Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and provide exam-oriented strategies.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and performance assessments.
- Mentor students and guide them in effective preparation strategies.
- Stay updated with current affairs, government policies, and changes in examination patterns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any relevant discipline.
- Strong command over General Studies subjects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Government Job Preparation.
- Proven experience teaching General Studies for UPSC, WBCS, SSC, Banking, Railway, WB Police, NDA, CDS, and other competitive examinations.
- Familiarity with current examination patterns, syllabus, and question trends.
- Ability to handle both foundation and advanced-level batches.
