About the Role:
We are hiring energetic and hardworking Crew Members for Burger Farm store in Jaipur. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers at the counter with a smile
- Take orders accurately and process billing
- Prepare and pack food items as per standard recipe
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at workstation
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Support team members during rush hours
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English reading ability preferred
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and disciplined
- Team player
