There is a vacancy for an Associate position at Akhil Modi & Associates, Mumbai office. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in DRT and High Court. We will require assistance in drafting claims, applications, petitions and notices in relation to routine banking and finance matters. Candidate should be well versed with appearances and filing procedures in arbitration proceedings.
