YOUR TASKS

Develop, execute, and analyze quality assurance plans, processes and procedures.
- Coordinate and lead quality improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Ensure all quality control measures adhere to industry and company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain standardized documentation related to quality control and testing.
- Analyze failures and discrepancies to correct deficiencies by identifying trends, applying statistical methods, and recommending changes in standards, strategies, or processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections, identify areas of non-compliance, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate training for employees to communicate quality requirements and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure customer-driven quality control processes are effectively utilising team resources, systems, and tools to achieve quality objectives.
- Maintain regular interaction with management and other departments to coordinate and oversee quality standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits, perform product/process audits, and review andevaluate compliance with standards.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 07 - 08 years' experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in engineering or manufacturing industries.
- Proven knowledge and experience with quality management systems and quality system audits.
- Strong understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with statistical data analysis and various quality tools including root-cause analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading and directing a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical data, such as blueprints, charts, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, as well as other quality-related software programs.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certifications preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory standards within the lighting & automotive industry is preferred.
