Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other hiring platforms.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related activities.
Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment operations.
Required Skills
MBA in HR (Completed or Pursuing Final Semester)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
Preferred
Internship or project experience in recruitment or HR
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals
