We are seeking an Assistant Team Leader with strong experience in telesales and lead conversion. The ideal candidate will support the team leader in managing a team of telecallers, achieving admissions and sales targets, and ensuring excellent communication and conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Guide team members in lead calling, follow-ups, and conversion techniques.
- Handle escalated calls and ensure a smooth communication process with prospects.
- Maintain CRM records and monitor team performance.
- Conduct training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
- Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams for campaign updates and feedback.
- Ensure a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in tele sales / telemarketing / academic counseling / team handling.
- Proven experience in lead conversion and team coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
