Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students regarding academic requirements.
- Understand learning needs and recommend suitable tutors and programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and drive enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate with tutors and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
