Job Title: Marketing Intern
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office)
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday) with Odd Saturdays Working
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
About the Role :
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in digital and offline marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
2. Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
4. Support social media management, including content scheduling and community engagement.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives.
6. Assist in organizing events, promotional activities, and brand campaigns.
7. Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
8. Help maintain marketing databases, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and suggest new marketing ideas.
Eligibility :
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
4. Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
5.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
6. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills :
1. Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
2. Understanding of SEO, email marketing, or Google Analytics is an advantage.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
