We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Store Keeper to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, packing materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/software and manual registers.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials following FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and documentation for audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a manufacturing environment. Experience in feed, food, FMCG, or agro industries will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally/SAP or similar).
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
