Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
* Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
* Diagnose and resolve internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
* Install, configure, troubleshoot, and provide basic support for CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
* Maintain documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and issue resolutions.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* Good understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
* Familiarity with Active Directory and user management.
* Experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, and surveillance equipment.**
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Key Competencies
Customer-focused approach, strong troubleshooting skills, time management, attention to detail.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is mandatory.
