Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Okta-based identity and access management solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Okta with existing systems and applications
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Okta-related projects and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Okta and IAM
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline Okta-related tasks and processes
- Participate in the development of security and compliance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Okta features and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions
Requirements
- Have 6-9 years of experience in Okta engineering and identity and access management (IAM)
- Possess strong knowledge of Okta products and services, including Okta Identity Cloud and Okta Workforce Identity
- Apply experience with IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, and auditing
- Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
