The Two-Wheeler Sales Executive is the primary face of the brand for walk-in and digital customers. The core objective is to drive vehicle sales, maximize revenue through value-added services (finance, insurance, accessories), and deliver a premium customer experience that builds long-term brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Vehicle Sales
- Greet walk-in showroom customers warmly, understand their specific commuting needs, budget, and preferences.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations, highlighting key technical USPs (e.g., Bajaj’s DTS-i engine technology, fuel efficiency, safety features, or EV battery range for the Chetak).
- Conduct organized test rides ensuring all safety protocols are followed, and collect customer feedback post-ride.
- Actively follow up on showroom walk-ins, digital inquiries, and telephonic leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
2. Finance, Insurance & Documentation
- Explain various retail finance schemes, EMI options, and down-payment structures to customers (collaborating closely with in-house partners like Bajaj Finance).
- Assist the customer with document collection (KYC, income proof, address proof) for quick loan approvals.
- Promote and cross-sell vehicle insurance policies, extended warranties, and genuine accessories.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and registration team to ensure smooth, timely delivery of the vehicle.
3. Market Activation & Lead Generation
- Participate in local marketing events, canopy setups, corporate displays, and outdoor promotional roadshows to generate fresh leads.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective clients in the CRM software.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets set by management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream (Marketing or Business specialization is a plus).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in retail sales. Experience in automotive, two-wheeler dealerships, or consumer durables is highly preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and a personal two-wheeler for local transit.
- Languages: Fluency in the regional language is mandatory; working knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage.
