Dr. Veda is looking for an experienced and customer-focused **Customer Support Team Leader** to lead our support operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the customer support team.
* Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
* Monitor team KPIs such as CSAT, TAT, and resolution rates.
* Improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
* Train and onboard new team members.
Requirements
* 2–4 years of Customer Support experience, including 1–2 years in a Team Leader role.
* Mandatory experience in D2C, E-commerce, or Consumer Brands.
* Preference for candidates from Beauty, Wellness, Healthcare, Skincare, Haircare, or Personal Care brands.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with CRM platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, Kapture, or similar tools.
