Job Description ---
We’re hiring for a Business Development Manager from the Medical/Pharma/Healthcare industry only to lead domestic sales efforts and help grow our presence in the medical industry. Candidate should have experience in sales, building relationships, and ideally, some exposure to export sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet the sales targets & track market trends and competitors.
- Explore opportunities in international markets and handle export documentation.
- Target healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical organizations.
- Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow-up on post-sale support.
- Focus on distributor channel and generate B2B revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or related field.
- 2-4 years in sales, preferably in the medical industry.
- Experience in domestic sales is a must.
- IVD Export sales experience is a bonus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
