About the Role
Snapscale is looking for an experienced IT Director (Global) to lead IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations across India, the United States, and the Philippines. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant IT operations while supporting our growing global healthcare BPO business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global IT operations across India, the US, and the Philippines.
Own IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and endpoint management.
Drive IT security, HIPAA compliance, and audit readiness.
Manage IT service desk operations and ensure SLA adherence.
Oversee device lifecycle management, asset tracking, and IT procurement.
Lead cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP).
Implement and maintain identity & access management (MFA, Entra ID, Active Directory).
Manage vendors, MSPs, IT budgets, and technology procurement.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams across multiple locations.
Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with organizational goals.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in an IT leadership role.
Experience in BPO, ITES, Healthcare, or Shared Services environments.
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and IAM.
Hands-on knowledge of HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks.
Experience managing endpoint security, MDM, EDR, patch management, and device lifecycle.
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, VLANs, and network security.
Experience managing 24/7 IT operations, disaster recovery, business continuity, and vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP, ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Azure.
Experience supporting US healthcare clients.
Experience managing IT operations across multiple countries.
Knowledge of VoIP/contact center technologies and HIPAA-compliant communication platforms.
