We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales Executive to handle sales of solar panels, solar kits, and rooftop solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for selling solar products to other EPC companies, dealers, contractors, and also generating sales under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana for residential rooftop solar customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell solar panels, inverters, solar kits, and related products to EPC companies, dealers, installers, and contractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with solar EPC players, channel partners, and local vendors.
- Generate leads for residential rooftop solar projects under PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
- Visit customers, EPC partners, dealers, and potential clients for business development.
- Explain product features, pricing, warranty, subsidy benefits, and solar project process to customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers for order closure, payment, and documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, and customer follow-up updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for solar product sales and rooftop solar projects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Diploma holder with good sales and communication skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar sales, electrical products, channel sales, dealer sales, or field sales preferred.
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, solar kits, and rooftop solar will be an added advantage.
- Must have good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM/mobile apps preferred.
- Candidate should be target-oriented and self-motivated.

About the Role:
This role is a mix of B2B solar product sales and residential rooftop solar sales under PMSGY. The candidate will work closely with EPC companies, dealers, customers, and the internal project team to generate business and close orders.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
