Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Officer to manage end-to-end visa processing for customers travelling to multiple destinations across the world. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of visa regulations, documentation requirements, and application procedures for various countries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries.
- Review customer documents and verify their accuracy and completeness.
- Guide customers regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centres, and other relevant authorities.
- Prepare and submit visa applications within the specified timelines.
- Track applications and provide customers with regular updates regarding their status.
- Maintain accurate records of all applications and update the MIS system accordingly.
- Ensure strict compliance with immigration regulations and company policies.
- Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate closely with the sales, ticketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience in visa processing.
- Thorough knowledge of visa procedures for various countries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MIS reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
