Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls with international real estate clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify client needs, offer suitable solutions, and promote property listings.
- Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales.
Requirements:
- Excellent fluency in English (Tier 1 communication skills mandatory).
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in any International Voice Process.
- International sales or upselling experience is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, though shifts are 11a to 8pm.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
