Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable granite and marble products
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Maintain showroom display and ensure products are well-presented
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance
- Coordinate with the team for order processing and delivery updates
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or showroom handling (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of granite/marble products is an advantage
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
