Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Spray Painting Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in spray painting, surface preparation, paint mixing, and finishing in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform spray painting and finishing operations as per production requirements.
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other required processes.
- Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications.
- Ensure proper paint quality, colour, thickness, and finishing.
- Inspect painted components for defects and maintain quality standards.
- Operate and maintain spray guns and painting equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve daily targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Degree qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in spray painting/manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of spray painting techniques and equipment.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and finishing.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work according to production requirements.
