Job Description:
1)Maintain the inventory of spares/material (manage the inventory of all critical, consumable and returnable spares and material).
2) Maintain the record of all material/spares those who went to the project/site and return, prepare the site requirement after getting the detail from reporting manager and place it to store.
3) Maintain the all records of field team members (New joined, members who have done their training from TMC, Project/Site allotment, Tour advance, Prepare tour advance as per daily expenditure, tour clearance, site/projects expenditure (Daily), track deadline of site work completion and update to the reporting authority.
4) Mention the record of tool kit which are issuing to field team members and submit it back from FSE, after coming from their respective sites. Give the awareness to the field team regarding personal protective equipment PPE and its advantages to avoid any accident/harm/hazard on site, place the requirement of tools time to time to store as per need of availability of tools.
5) Maintain all the reports on report modules (Tour report, expenditure report, daily activity report, daily work progress report, any other reporting formats eg. monthly /weekly shall be added here after.
6) Field operation - Collect tour bills timely from the field support team, audit tour bills and cross verify all the claimed amount and it's supporting bills, track travelling of engineers from one site to other sites and cost of travelling, make sure that all the engineers follow tour policy.
7) Administrative operation - Coordinate all the inter departments for timely dispatch and delivery, coordinate with dispatch team to track inward and outward materials and spares, track and manage open challan material and close all the open challan timely, collect and store data of newly supplied material from sales team etc.
8) For tour bill collection, Audit, Submission. Maintain records of expenditures (Monthly/Weekly/Daily).
