We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual contributor to join our team in a role focused on newsletter management and communications support. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and management of multiple newsletters, as well as support for a range of communication channels. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in content editing, communications, and newsletter management, combined with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders to enable timely and high-quality delivery. This role is well suited to an individual with strong time management and prioritization skills who can demonstrate sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and take full ownership of newsletter execution.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Content Management on the Growth team, you will be responsible for:

Provide end-to-end ownership of one weekly firm-wide newsletter and four monthly newsletters, including content call-outs, contributor coordination, content collation, review management, editing, and publication.

Ensure newsletters are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with established communications standards and priorities.

Manage shared mailboxes and coordinate with the broader team to triage, route, and respond to incoming requests.

Support intranet homepage updates and digital signage content to maintain timely, relevant, and consistent internal communications.

Own operational processes including invoice processing, ticket raising, and coordination with the Risk team for event risk review and approval.

Maintain newsletter metrics and reporting and support additional internal communications projects as needed.

Qualifications
Required:

3-5 years of experience in internal communications, newsletter management, content editing, digital communications, or content operations

Experience managing end-to-end newsletter or communications deliverables from content intake through publication
-
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and contributors to gather input, manage reviews, and support timely delivery
-
Experience maintaining reporting, metrics, or engagement insights for communications activities

Experience using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Experience supporting intranet content updates, shared mailbox management, or digital communications channels
Preferred:

Experience supporting internal communications in a professional services environment

Experience editing content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards

Experience supporting invoice processing or similar operational coordination activities
