Revenue Growth Partner (India) | Remote/Hybrid
Reporting To: CEO & Executive Leadership Team
About the Role
GMI is looking for a results-driven Revenue Growth Partner to drive client acquisition, secure new projects, and accelerate revenue growth across India and selected international markets.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are seeking a professional who can open doors, engage decision-makers, build trust, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with Founders, CXOs, Directors, and Procurement teams
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams during pre-sales activities
- Manage proposals, follow-ups, and contract closures
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Generate consistent revenue growth

Compensation Options
Option A – Success Fee Only
- 10%–15% commission on first-year contract value
- Higher incentives for strategic deals
Option B – Retainer + Success Fee
- ₹25,000–₹50,000 monthly retainer
- Plus 5%–10% commission on revenue generated
Option C – Business Development Partner
- Negotiable fixed compensation
- Revenue-sharing model
- Strategic partnership incentives
