Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Pitch Gyansthan services and modus operandi to prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
- Meet and exceed individual weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Orient school owners and directors, teachers, parents, and students about Gyansthan's services.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Address client queries promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the reporting manager.
