Job Overview:
The Surveillance Officer will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems across all outlets to ensure smooth operations, adherence to company SOPs, and maintenance of discipline. The role requires alertness, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage of all outlets on a regular basis
- Ensure staff are following company SOPs, hygiene standards, and discipline protocols
- Identify and report any suspicious activities, policy violations, or operational issues
- Maintain logs and prepare daily/weekly surveillance reports
- Coordinate with management and concerned departments for any escalations
- Ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems and report technical issues if any
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Good observation and attention to detail
- Ability to stay alert and focused for long hours
- Honest, responsible, and disciplined approach to work
- Prior experience in surveillance/security (preferred but not mandatory)
