We are looking for an experienced EHR Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform. Key ResponsibilitiesHealthcare & EHR Domain
- Own and drive the product roadmap for EHR/EMR solutions.
- Gather and analyze requirements from healthcare providers, clinicians, operations teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with US Healthcare standards and regulations.
- Understand clinical workflows and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Prioritize features that improve patient care, provider efficiency, and operational excellence.
Product Management & Agile
- Act as the Product Owner within Agile Scrum teams.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog.
- Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Conduct Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Product Demos.
- Balance customer needs with business objectives.
Technical & API Understanding
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams.
- Understand REST APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
- Work with third-party healthcare integrations.
- Support interoperability initiatives and healthcare data exchange.
- Participate in technical discussions to ensure scalable product solutions.
Data Analytics & KPIs
- Define and monitor Product KPIs.
- Analyze user behavior and product adoption metrics.
- Convert business insights into actionable product improvements.
- Measure feature success using data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare dashboards and executive product reports.
Leadership & Communication
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and product demonstrations.
- Clearly communicate priorities, timelines, and release plans.
- Resolve product-related challenges through collaboration and effective decision-making.
- Mentor junior product team members where required.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have
- 4+ years of Product Management/Product Owner experience.
- 3+ years in US Healthcare, HealthTech, or EHR/EMR products.
- Strong understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, or healthcare interoperability.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy.
- Familiarity with APIs and healthcare system integrations.
- Experience working with US-based healthcare providers or organizations.
- Understanding of SQL, reporting tools, or product analytics platforms.
