AR Caller & Medical Billing Executive (US Healthcare Process) – Freshers
Acrev Solutions is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates and aspiring professionals to join our team in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune as AR Callers & Medical Billing Executives.
In this role, you will be responsible for following up with US insurance companies on outstanding claims, resolving denied or rejected claims, and supporting the medical billing process to ensure timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding pending and unpaid claims.
- Analyze and resolve denied or rejected claims.
- Perform medical billing and accounts receivable (AR) activities.
- Maintain accurate records of claim status and communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Meet quality and productivity standards while adhering to company processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
