Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in IT sales/business development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bidding portals, outreach strategies, and client handling with strong communication skills.

Work Timings:
Night Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities through bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Handle email outreach and follow-up communication with prospects
- Execute LinkedIn outreach and lead generation strategies
- Manage client communication and move leads towards closure
- Coordinate and report sales activities to the Director of Sales
- Maintain regular pipeline and activity tracking
Required Skills
- Experience with bidding portals
- Strong email communication and outreach skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation strategies
- Good communication and client handling abilities
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales activities
- Strong follow-up and ownership mindset
