- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Conduct post-sales and post-service follow-up calls to measure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule service reminders, free service reminders, and periodic maintenance follow-ups.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Accounts departments to resolve customer queries.
- Register, track, and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure adherence to Tata Motors CRM processes and customer experience guidelines.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and lost sales as assigned.
- Conduct customer retention and loyalty campaigns.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Support customer engagement activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately.
