Job Summary
The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems within the hotel. The role ensures guest comfort, energy efficiency, and uninterrupted operation of all HVAC-related equipment.
The opening is for Mira- Bhayander location.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split ACs, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor and maintain temperature, humidity, and air quality standards throughout the hotel.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and controls.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Maintain refrigeration equipment such as cold rooms, deep freezers, and kitchen refrigeration units.
- Respond promptly to guest room and operational HVAC complaints.
- Ensure proper functioning of pumps, motors, cooling towers, and associated equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and service reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and annual maintenance contracts.
- Follow hotel safety standards and comply with electrical and environmental regulations.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Assist the Engineering Department in emergency maintenance situations.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferably in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or commercial buildings.
- Knowledge of chillers, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, and refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics.
- Basic understanding of BMS (Building Management System) is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
- On-call availability for emergency maintenance requirements.
Pay: From ₹9,500.89 per month
