Position
Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessment and counseling to individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatment.
- Support patients dealing with infertility-related stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional challenges.
- Conduct pre-treatment and ongoing psychological evaluations as required.
- Collaborate with fertility specialists, embryologists, and the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
- Actively participate in clinical research projects, data collection, literature reviews, and scientific publications.
- Assist in developing research protocols, questionnaires, and patient-reported outcome studies.
- Present research findings in conferences, workshops, and academic meetings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology / PsyD / Equivalent qualification recognized for clinical practice.
- Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred.
- Previous experience in infertility, reproductive medicine, women's mental health, or hospital settings will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in clinical research, scientific writing, and academic publications.
- Experience in research methodology, data analysis, or published research will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
