Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates as per organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with job portals and recruitment tools
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HRMS
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant graduation
- Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
