Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end project management of new store openings — from site handover through to launch day
· Travel to project sites across India to supervise construction, fit-out, and installation progress
· Manage and coordinate contractors, interior designers, and vendors to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and brand specifications
· Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables; escalate risks and resolve on-ground issues proactively
· Liaise with internal teams including design, visual merchandising, and compliance to ensure alignment at every stage
· Maintain accurate project documentation — timelines, vendor contracts, progress reports, and punch lists
· Ensure all stores are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest brand standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
· 3–6 years of project management experience with mandatory on-site exposure (retail fit-outs, interiors, or commercial construction preferred)
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and negotiate effectively
· Willingness and ability to travel across India — this is non-negotiable
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage parallel workstreams
· Proficient in project tracking tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
· Good communication skills — able to coordinate across field teams, vendors, and senior leadership
· Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
