About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage both full-lifecycle recruitment and core HR operations. In this role, you will balance finding top talent with driving onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR support to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
- Maintain candidate data in the ATS and track key hiring metrics.
HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Lead seamless onboarding, pre-joining formalities, and offboarding processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data.
- Assist with policy drafting, compliance updates, and performance management cycles.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and employer branding.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in a combined Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, time management, and a solid understanding of employment practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth company environment.
