Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and confident Cold Calling Intern to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and experience in handling outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers/leads.
- Introduce company products/services and explain key benefits.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Update call records, customer details, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new prospects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
