Tractor Operation & Cultivation
- Drive and operate the tractor safely between and beneath solar module rows, maintaining safe clearance from panels, structures, cables, and earthing pits.
- Perform ploughing, tilling, sowing, weeding, and harrowing in the crop rows using appropriate implements without disturbing plant foundations or civil works.
- Operate attached implements — rotavator, cultivator, seed drill, trailer, sprayer, slasher/mower, and water bowser — as instructed by the farm supervisor.
- Follow the demarcated paths, inter-row spacing, and turning zones defined for the site to avoid contact with modules and mounting posts.
Vegetation & Land Management
- Carry out grass cutting, mowing, and vegetation control around and under panel arrays to prevent shading, fire risk, and obstruction of airflow.
- Clear weeds, overgrowth, and debris from access roads, boundary areas, drains, and around inverters and transformers.
- Support levelling, grading, and minor earthwork within the site as directed.
Material Transport & Site Support
- Transport tools, modules, spares, fertiliser, seeds, harvested produce, water, and other materials across the site using the tractor trailer.
- Assist O&M and cleaning teams by moving equipment, water tanks, and consumables to work locations within the array.
- Support loading and unloading of materials at the site store and delivery points.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
