Role Summary:
Dentsu is seeking an experienced and strategic Director – Account Management (Digital) to join our team in Worli, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage digital business for assigned brands while ensuring high-quality campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Develop integrated digital strategies across social media, content, media, ORM, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Drive strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns aligned with client business goals and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Media, Strategy, ORM, Tech, and Analytics for seamless campaign delivery.
Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights, reports, and optimization recommendations to clients.
Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining process efficiency and operational excellence.
Lead client meetings, business reviews, brainstorming sessions, and campaign presentations.
Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and account expansion.
Stay updated with emerging digital trends, platform innovations, and industry best practices.
Lead, Mentor and guide team members to build a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Support leadership in achieving revenue targets, client retention, and new business development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in digital account management or client servicing within an agency environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and integrated campaign delivery
Proven ability to manage large accounts and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong project management and financial acumen
Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
Experience working with large consumer, banking, automobile, or enterprise brands
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and commercial management
