Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with around 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in non-IT recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and operational positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Handle recruitment for technical, manufacturing, sales, administration, and support roles.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and attendance-related inputs.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other HR compliance activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee-related records.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Handle exit formalities, full & final coordination, and relieving documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations at the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing/engineering industry.
- Strong experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Working knowledge of attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities.
