Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Trainer to conduct professional skill development and
BFSI-related training programs. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training
sessions, preparing candidates for placements, and enhancing communication and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on professional skills and employability development.
- Deliver BFSI, insurance, and finance-related training programs.
- Train candidates on communication, interview, and presentation skills.
- Coordinate and conduct placement drives and career-oriented activities.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Coordinate with management regarding training schedules and execution.
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records.
- Support institutional and corporate training initiatives.
Required skills and Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BFSI, insurance, or skill development training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of financial services and insurance sector.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants effectively.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.
- Experience in conducting placement drives and employability training.(Desirable)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
