Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Estimator with at least 6 months of experience in the interior fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and supporting the project team in budgeting and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from interior drawings and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost reports.
- Maintain updated costing databases and rate analysis.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies before estimation.
- Support tender submissions and project costing.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interior layouts.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and BOQ preparation.
- Familiarity with cost estimation techniques and vendor coordination.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an Interior Estimator in an interior fit-out company.
Preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple estimates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
