Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching and selling our comprehensive corporate travel solutions—including hotel bookings, flight bookings, car rentals, and corporate event management—to companies participating in major exhibitions.
This is a fast-paced, high-pressure, and demanding role with aggressive sales targets. If you are aggressive about sales, thrive under pressure, and want an environment where high targets match high incentive payouts, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Inside Sales: Make 40–50 cold/warm calls daily to companies participating in upcoming exhibitions to pitch our corporate travel services.
- End-to-End B2B Sales: Build a robust pipeline, send professional email proposals, conduct rigorous follow-ups, and close deals.
- Client Meetings & Field Travel: Travel to meet corporate clients and travel to exhibition venues to network on the ground and pitch directly to participating companies.
- Exhibition Operations: Work extended office hours and occasional holidays closer to exhibition dates to meet intense client demand and closing windows.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or corporate travel sales.
- Call Volume: Comfortable with and experienced in making 40–50 calls per day.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication (email communication must be flawless), strong negotiation, and persistent follow-up skills.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, comfortable working under pressure, and strictly target-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
