Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Physics lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach concepts related to mechanics, motion, force, energy, electricity, magnetism, light, sound, and other Physics topics.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations safely and effectively.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessment materials.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, projects, practicals, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and academic performance.
- Foster scientific thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity among students.
- Utilize technology, smart boards, and digital resources to enhance learning.
- Ensure discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Adhere to all school policies and safety guidelines within the laboratory and classroom.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physics or a related Science field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Master's Degree in Physics is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in secondary classes.
- Experience teaching CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum preferred.
- Experience in handling Physics laboratory activities is desirable.
- Freshers with excellent academic credentials and subject knowledge may also apply.
