About Us
CocoLuxe Stays is a premium vacation rental and Airbnb management company. We partner with apartment and villa owners to manage their properties and maximize their rental income.
We're looking for a confident and self-driven Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify apartment and villa owners
- Contact owners through calls and WhatsApp
- Meet property owners and explain CocoLuxe Stays' services
- Build relationships with brokers, builders, and societies
- Generate qualified property leads
- Schedule meetings with interested owners
- Follow up until the property is onboarded
- Maintain lead records and CRM
- Achieve monthly property acquisition targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making daily calls and attending meetings
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Sales or real estate experience is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Incentives
In addition to a fixed salary, attractive incentives will be paid for every successful property onboarded.
