Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Follow up with department heads to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare presentations, reports, business documents, and meeting materials.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates to the Director.
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, and executive visits.
- Draft official letters, emails, notices, and other business communications.
- Handle expense records, reimbursements, and basic administrative documentation.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Director's office.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Director.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Certification in Executive Assistance or Office Administration is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior management or directors is preferred.
