Urgent Hiring – IELTS Trainer (Join Within 1 Month)
Job Summary
ECS English Academy, Kalpetta is urgently looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our growing team. We are seeking a dedicated candidate who can deliver high-quality IELTS coaching while effectively handling Spoken English classes. The ideal candidate should be available to join within one month.
Note: Preference will be given to local candidates. Relocation is not encouraged for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, result-oriented IELTS training sessions
- Conduct Spoken English classes for students with varying proficiency levels
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests
- Monitor student progress and provide individualized feedback
- Assist students in improving all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Maintain student performance records and progress reports
- Conduct debate and interactive communication sessions to enhance language skills
Requirements
- Freshers with a good IELTS band score are welcome to apply
- Prior IELTS training experience is preferred
- OET training experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in training for other English proficiency tests such as Duolingo English Test, PTE, or OET is desirable
- Ability to independently handle classes and manage student batches
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Male/Female candidates may apply
- Preference will be given to candidates from Wayanad or nearby areas to Kalpetta
