Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales and achieve targets
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor network
- Maintain relationships with retailers and channel partners
- Ensure smooth order processing, billing, and dispatch
- Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability
- Share sales reports and market feedback
- Ensure timely collections and resolve customer issues
Key Skills Required:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of agri/commodity markets (preferably soya products)
- Excellent communication and relationship management
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
