Job Overview:
Mangla Rubber Technologies is hiring a Production Incharge (Mechanical) for our manufacturing unit in Partapur. Freshers are welcome to apply. Proper training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle production planning and scheduling
Monitor daily production activities
Supervise shop floor workers
Ensure production targets are achieved
Maintain production records and reports
Ensure quality standards are followed
Coordinate with dispatch and store department
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- ITI Mechanical
- Diploma / Polytechnic in Mechanical
- B.Tech Mechanical
- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of production process
- Good leadership and coordination skills
Salary:
Starting salary for freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary is negotiable as per candidate’s capabilities and experience (to be decided during interview).
